So losing weight is easy. 2-5 pounds a week dropping off without a lot of thought. In fact, Linda told me the other day that she calls it the "easiest thing she has ever done." I love that.


But 85% of people just gain the weight back. Sad story. Weight loss is the focus of a diet. Long-term health is the focus of this program, and that is why people keep their weight off. 
Lose it and never find it. 

So after phase 1, weight loss (which goes quickly), we move into phase 2. And part of that is practicing the Healthy Habits we have been developing and living the "BeSlim" Lifestyle. 
  1. Breakfast
  2. Excercise 
  3. Support
  4. Low fat meals every three hours
  5. Individual plan
  6. Monitor
