Back Again
- They did a diet. Diet mentality: get it off so I can relax. Old ways? Old weight.
- They lost muscle: A lot of diets will burn muscle along with fat, which permanently makes you burn fewer calories.
- They are thinner: Smaller people need fewer calories. So if you get smaller, but eat the same as you always have, then the pounds come back even faster!
- They don't let their body learn how to keep it off. They go right from fat burning back to fat storing.
- Get a healthy mind to match our healthy body
- Only burn fat & spare every bit of muscle
- Learn just how to eat with our new slimmer size
- Teach our body how to first burn fat as fuel AND THEN how to burn food as fuel
You don't want to lose weight
forever. And at 2-5 lbs of fat gone a week, losing the weight is a short
first step. But if you start back with same ol' same ol' afterward your
body will think "oh good! Lets get those handy fat stores back! Store the food guys! Hard times are a commin'!"
So that is why, after we get to a
healthy weight, we then teach your body how to use food as fuel instead
of storing it for hard times ahead.
It's true, if famine strikes,
those of you on the program will not last as long being as lean as you
are. Are you ok with that? But then again, you will be healthier than
the others, so you may survive anyway.
This is my friend 4 years ago, then 15 weeks later & 50 lbs lighter, and then just this last Christmas.
Sitting with all her grand-babies who don't know that she used to be big...
If you are gonna lose it, let's never find it again.
